Low Life L.A.

After Effects is fantastic software for animators. Anything is possible!
In this project my task was creating motion graphics for opening credits in a real or fictunal TV show. A lot of fun I must say!
My technique based on black and white still images (took by the master of street photography in Los Angeles: Estevan Oriol) and the creation of slow motion movments of elements out of each image.
The style for this project was taken from the ‘real deal’ of L.A. streets, mostly from the lowrider and hispanic culture of L.A. which I really like (Don’t ask me why, I just love it!) and some 40’s films touch ups.
